EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION DAY RECAP

Last Friday, companies big and small celebrated National Employee Appreciation Day and if you follow Kingsgate on social media you saw, we certainly did. At Kingsgate, we understand that our employees are at the center of all we do and we truly would not have achieved this level of success over the past 30+ years without the dedication and work from our team. Our employees come into work every day ready to do more, develop better solutions, to change the way  Kingsgate works and the way the industry works. They are the lifeblood of Kingsgate’s vision and mission, so we wanted National Employee Appreciation Day to be an all-day celebration. Here’s what our day looked like:

Kingsgate started the day with Kingsgate M&M’s and a coded puzzle teasing a big announcement we had for our staff.

Once our team solved the puzzle they received a schedule revealing they were being treated to a Chipotle catered lunch, a dessert delivered to them by our Owning Partner and my sister, Amy Barnett, and explained I was gathering the entire company together to discuss the big announcement teased earlier in the day.

At two o’clock we had a rare moment for working hours at Kingsgate, not a single member of our team was at their desk (that didn’t last too long, we had customers to serve). For those few minutes, we all gathered together so I could announce the exciting news that would impact Kingsgate’s growth and future in an incredible way and ended the day cracking a can of beer and cheering our success. Friday was an incredible day for myself and the other Owning Partners. It was fantastic to see our goals come to fruition and celebrate with the Kingsgate Family that helped us get there.

As for the big announcement… you’ll just have to stay tuned till we have the big external reveal.
