KINGSGATE’S NEW EMPLOYEE “RESTLESS” REWARDS PROGRAM

In the coming weeks, Kingsgate will be launching an internal rewards program called the “Restless Rewards Program.” Why the “restless” rewards? Simply because at Kingsgate, we are never satisfied. We are restless; we are always searching for a better way or a better solution. We ask ourselves every day, “What can we improve? How can we work more efficiently?” And we want to reward our employees who are also restless in their pursuit to improve themselves and Kingsgate.

We pride ourselves on recruiting and hiring top talent. We always look to fill our office with people who also have the restless drive to improve what we do and take it the next step. When things get hectic, as they often do in the logistics world, our employees go above and beyond to help their co-workers, carriers, and most importantly, our customers. We think it’s crucial to thank them for their extra effort.

Even though Kingsgate is a small company, it’s hard for management to have eyes and ears everywhere. We know our employees are better able to understand what their coworkers do on a daily basis, so our new program gets them involved. We’ve asked for our team to nominate their peers when they see someone go out of their way to help a co-worker, take on a responsibility they’re not required to do or provide superior customer service above our already high standards.

Our employees will receive and use the Restless Rewards on our internal ordering site, where they can pick and customize Kingsgate apparel, drinkware, and more. We’re excited to start this program and look forward to continuing our relentless and restless pursuit of excellence.
