THE BECKHAM/BARNETT BOSSES BEING THE BEST

Today, Monday October 16th, is National Boss’s Day. In honor of the day, I gave Jeff the day off from blog writing and took over. I wanted to take this day to write a quick thank you to Kingsgate’s owning partners. Working at Kingsgate is unlike working at any other company because of the environment here. The work we do isn’t that glamorous, but the Kingsgate Family still has fun doing it. We support each other, and a HUGE part of that culture comes from our four owning partners. I asked a few of my co-workers for why they’re thankful to work for the Beckham/Barnett family – here’s what they said:

Kingsgate would not be as successful or as enjoyable without the leadership of our owning partners. They lead by example every day and have created an environment that fosters personal and professional development on every level, in every department. The Kingsgate Family is beyond thankful for all our bosses do!
