KINGSGATE NAMED FIFTH LARGEST WOMEN-OWNED BUSINESS IN GREATER CINCINNATI

Cincinnati, OH – October 3, 2018 –– Last week, the Cincinnati Business Courier named Kingsgate Logistics the fifth largest women-owned business in the greater Cincinnati area. Kingsgate, a family-owned and operated third-party logistics provider, is excited to receive recognition for the company’s female ownership.

Founders Merry and Tom Beckham set the precedence for empowering women in the logistics industry; it was Merry’s vision that lead to the start of the business. That tradition has carried on, as her daughter Amy, and daughter-in-law Julie, are now owners and partners at Kingsgate. In a male-dominated industry, Kingsgate Logistics is proud to be a leader in supporting women in the transportation world.

Kingsgate is excited at the size and speed of growth they have seen. Over the past three years, the company has more than doubled in size and is looking forward to spreading their reach throughout the region.
