Kingsgate Logistics Named in FreightWaves’ 2021 FreightTech 100 Awards

Kingsgate Logistics, a family-owned, third-party logistics business, was named among the top 100 companies in FreightWaves’ 2021 FreightTech 100 Awards. This award honors disruption and innovation within the logistics industry. Kingsgate is proud and honored to have received this recognition.

Over the past year, Kingsgate has more than doubled their IT staff and made a seven-figure investment into advancing our logistics technology so that it may benefit our employees, carriers and customers. In addition to diving into areas like AI and machine-learning, Kingsgate is most excited about their entirely new customer facing portal – Kingsgate Compass.

Compass is a high-tech tool that is tailored to each individual customer’s shipping needs. It provides insights to customers through bringing visibility to shipments across the supply chain, providing robust analytics for their transportation team and creating purchase order visibility to vendors and shipping partners. This year, Kingsgate added an inbound PO module to the platform, giving shippers access to their inbound shipping months earlier than previously available thanks to custom integrations to various systems.
