KINGSGATE NAMED FINALIST IN THE 20TH ANNUAL 2019 GOERING CENTER FAMILY & PRIVATE BUSINESS AWARD

Cincinnati, OH 9/11/19 – Last night, Kingsgate Logistics was named a finalist of the 2019 Goering Center Family & Private Business Award for Family Business with 21-100 employees. This annual honor is bestowed upon only three finalists each year; this exemplifies what family and private and business should be.

Kingsgate is a non-asset based, third-party logistics provider, proudly owned and operated by three generations of the Beckham family for over 30 years. Kingsgate has remained grounded by three basic principles – hard work, exemplary service and the highest integrity, but are continually advancing with investments in quality staff, technology, and communications.

This annual recognition program, in its 20th year, honors Cincinnati regional businesses that exemplify the best in family and private business practices. Each year, over 500 businesses apply for these awards.  Kingsgate Logistics was evaluated by an independent panel of judges who reviewed applications as they relate to the Goering Center’s 10 Best Practices, business success and their positive impact on the community.

The Goering Center, initiated in 1989, is the nation’s largest organization dedicated to family and private business. The Goering Center’s mission is to nurture and educate family and private businesses to drive a vibrant economy.  The center is affiliated with the University of Cincinnati and the University of Cincinnati’s Carl H.
