WHY JOIN THE KINGSGATE FAMILY?

Throughout Kingsgate’s recent growth, the ownership team and myself have asked ourselves: “Why Kingsgate?” We needed to be able to understand why people like working here, and why our candidates would want to work at Kingsgate. We wanted to know what made Kingsgate a great place to work so we could keep that part of our culture even as we began a rapid expansion.  At Kingsgate, we have always invested in our employees. They are the safeguards of our mission, vision and legacy. We treat our employees like they are family, supporting them while pushing them to become better professionals.

While the ownership team and I know what we want to give our employees, I thought it was important to go to them to understand their opinions on what makes working at Kingsgate unique. We sent out a survey and asked a series of questions. Their responses are the best answers to the question: “Why Kingsgate?”

  1. WHAT MAKES OUR WORKPLACE CULTURE UNIQUE?
