AIDING IN ELD ADOPTION: A DISCOUNT FOR CARRIERS

The ELD mandate officially went into effect December 18, 2017, and we are now a little under one month of implementation. People have had plenty of positives and negatives to share surrounding the mandate rollout. Regardless of the opinions being shared, it seems the mandate will continue into well 2018 and beyond. One of the biggest drawbacks and barriers to the device is the expense associated with installing the e-log that falls on carriers.
