KINGSGATE 2017: A YEAR OF SUCCESSES IN REVIEW

Since next Monday is Christmas and the following Monday is New Year’s Day this is my last blog until 2018. It’s hard to believe how fast 2017 has flown by! It’s been one amazing year full of growth and accomplishments, none of which could have happened without the work and support from our dedicated employees, carriers, and of course, our customers. Out of all our accomplishments this year these are the ones we are most proud of:

Established and continued 3 major sponsorships

Kingsgate proudly sponsors FC Cincinnati Soccer, the Xavier University Musketeers and the University of Cincinnati Bearcats. These sponsorships have brought us closer to the passionate fans that cheer for Cincinnati in across various venues. We look forward to supporting these organizations and the city of Cincinnati throughout 2018 as well!

Award-winning on New and Old Fronts

Over the past year, Kingsgate was awarded ten major awards in the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton area, some of which we were honored with before and others we had achieved for the first time this year. Most notably, from the Cincinnati Business Courier, we were listed as a finalist in the Fast 55, as well as winning their 2017 Best Places to Work. We also won the Dayton Business Journal’s 2017 Best Places to Work and the Women-Owned Business of The Year. We were also named the Ohio Psychological Association’s Healthiest Places to Work.

Officially Launched our Rebrand

After over a year of work with Intrinzic, a Newport, KY-based branding and creative firm, we launched our extensive brand overhaul. With this rebrand, we continued to evolve to reflect our progress as a company. Kingsgate revealed a new brand that included a new website, logo and company name change, from “Kingsgate Transportation” to Kingsgate Logistics.

In addition to these major accomplishments, we welcomed new members into the Kingsgate Family, created new positions to help support our growth and have continued to look into the future. 2017 has brought Kingsgate more blessings than we can count and we look forward to moving in 2018 and continuing our success!
