C-R-I-S-P – FIND OUT WHAT IT MEANS TO ME

August 08 2016

When most kids move out of the house, their parents turn their old bedroom into a sewing room or a home gym. Mine turned mine into one of the best 3rd party logistics companies. They founded Kingsgate Transportation in 1986 on three basic principles – hard work, exemplary service and highest integrity. As we’ve grown, we’ve expanded these principles to outline our core values: Consistency, Respect, Integrity, creative Solutions and Passion. Or CRISP, as we like to call it at Kingsgate. In our 30th year of business, we’ve been turning to our dedicated staff to see what the CRISP values mean to them.CnaviDDWEAA_gv3

Consistency

“Constantly providing the same great service to our customers deepens their trust in us and allows for stronger relationships to be built. “– Kenton A.

Respect

“Respect touches every aspect of our organization – If we respect our customers, carriers and coworkers, our work has much more meaning.” – Taylor B.

Integrity

“Having integrity will build trust and relationships. If one sticks to their principles, then it only leaves a good imprint for anyone else to see. If integrity is maintained, it will not go unnoticed and will not only help maintain current relationships, but also continue to build new ones.” – Paul C.

creative Solutions

“Creative Solutions is what really separates our company from others. Our ability to be adaptive and accommodating is what puts us above others and what makes working here so interesting / exciting every day.” – Nick L.

Passion

“You must have a passion for what you do, or you will not give it your all. With passion comes discipline and focus which in turns brings productivity.” – Megan V.

Ultimately, our 5 core values represent an aspect of Kingsgate and the mission we achieve every day. Not only are our employees completely invested in CRISP, Kingsgate management embodies our values and implements them in all our modes of the business. We treat our employees with consistent respect and integrity, we have passion for their growth and we empower them to utilize creative solutions in their work. Our employees in turn, put these values into their hard work to satisfy our carriers and customers.

Please share your thoughts on our values! What values do you think are most important in business?

All the Best,

Jeff Beckham
