HERE WE GROW AGAIN

I am excited and proud to announce that Kingsgate Logistics is growing again. Honestly, to say we’ve grown and changed would be the understatement of the year. Over the past four years, we’ve grown 300 percent. Last week, we announced Kingsgate’s next big move. We’ve signed a lease to open our first-ever satellite office in Dayton, Ohio. We are planning on opening this new location in the fall of 2018.

Since Kingsgate’s West Chester headquarters have always been located about halfway between Cincinnati and Dayton, we’ve always enjoyed our connection to these vibrant, growing areas. In fact, we’ve been proud to win Best Place to Work by both the Dayton and Cincinnati Business Couriers. Third-party logistics can be done from about any geographic location, so our push to open a new office will help us attract more talent located in the Dayton region.

The growth and expansion of the Dayton area is one of the of the primary reasons we chose to open our first satellite location in this region. Our new office will open in Austin Landing, a vibrant and growing area with several walkable restaurants nearby. The Park at Austin Landing also regularly hosts fun events, such as Game Nights in the Park, Kroger Happy Hour, and food truck festivals. Our West Chester employees love that our location is nearby different spots for lunch and happy hour and close to many of West Chester’s most fun events. We wanted to make sure our satellite location offered the same vibrant work area to our employees.

As we open new locations, we want to ensure that we protect and continue the culture that has made Kingsgate a top workplace. Our satellite offices will be led by on site satellite office leaders, people who understand Kingsgate’s culture, and make sure all Kingsgate employees, no matter where their location, feel connected and a part of the Kingsgate Family.

We’re planning on opening several more satellite offices in the future to make it easier for our employees to live and work in areas that are convenient to them as well as expand our ability to reach new talent. Yet even as Kingsgate continues to grow and change, our commitment to our clients and employees will always remain the same.
